CaseLayer provides high-quality software conducive to the development of your company and makes every effort to meet your requirements.

For Products that do not meet expectations, CaseLayer grants a refund of the costs associated with accessing the Product under the 30-day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

1. The 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE applies only to the cost of purchasing the License and the add-ons and is only intended for new Licensees/Customer. A New Licensee/Customer is the entity that acquires a Product from CaseLayer for the first time.
2. You cannot request a refund for:
   • Products made according to its specifications,
   • Products, tailored to adapt to individual customer needs,
   • Products belonging to CaseLayer but purchased from an entity other than CaseLayer,
   • installation, migration and integration fees, if any.
3. This guarantee may not be renewed or extended by downloading a free or paid update, by purchasing add-ons, or by making changes to the Product at Licensee’s request.
4. The Licensee is entitled to request a refund for the purchased Product within 30 days from the date of purchase of the Product by sending a declaration of resignation from purchasing the Product to the e-mail: or sending a request for a refund using the return form or with the help of Customer Portal.
5. The declaration of resignation from the purchase of the Product should contain the following information: (I) Licensee’s data along with a valid e-mail address to which confirmation of the resignation from the purchase of the Product will be sent, (II) Product details (Product name, date of purchase, invoice number), (III) optional Reasons for resignation from purchase.
6. CaseLayer, after verifying the correctness and legitimacy of the refund request, approves the request and orders the reimbursement of the payment without undue delay – no later than 3 days from the effective submission of the refund request by the Licensee.
7. CaseLayer refunds the payment using the same payment methods that were used by Licensee in the original transaction unless CaseLayer and Licensee have expressly agreed otherwise. The time between the issuance of the refund and the refund to the Licensee depends on the chosen payment method and not on CaseLayer.
8. The right to request a refund expires after 30 days from the date of purchase of the Product.
